Freshwater Village
The Freshwater Village project by landowner Frank Minnici, is a prestige, mixed retail/commercial and residential development within the Freshwater local shopping centre.
The Freshwater Village development consists of a 3 level retail and commercial building with commercial basement level car park fronting onto Lawrence Street in the heart of the Freshwater Village local shopping centre. The mixed use development also consists of 2 by 3 storey luxury apartment buildings consisting of 10 large dwellings, a 2 storey detached dwelling house and residential basement car park with access to Mamora Street. The mixed use development includes extensive landscape gardens and amenities for the commercial tenants and residents.
DFP was appointed as the town planning consultant for the development application for the Freshwater Village development. DFP also provided expert town planning evidence for the successful appeal to the NSW Land & Environment Court.
