Kelly van der Zanden
Kelly is both a qualified Urban Designer and Planner with over 15 year’s experience.
Kelly has worked in private practice, NSW local and state governments and also has experience in private development in the Netherlands. She has been responsible for the delivery of a spectrum of work including Master Planning, Built Form Reviews, Public Domain Strategies, massing and density studies, preparation of planning guidelines, development controls and local environmental plans, feasibility studies, heritage studies and development assessment.
Kelly has a broad project appreciation from initial urban and strategic frameworks, consultation, through to associated documentation and implementation. Having the unique balance of planning and urban design skill sets, Kelly's strength lies in the translation of design concepts to robust and implementable frameworks.
