DFP was commissioned by UK-based Delta Force Properties Pty Ltd to prepare a Statement of Environmental Effects in respect of a development application for the use of existing buildings and vacant land as a recreation area for paintball sporting facilities on part-Lot 1, DP 1084891 Londonderry Road, Londonderry.
As part of an extensive development feasibility, DFP outlined applicable zoning controls and possible site constraints. In addition, a high emphasis was placed on liaison with Penrith City Council and included a pre-lodgement meeting prior to lodgement of the DA.
Following receipt of Council’s favourable determination, our client intends to operate to class-leading paintball centre on the site.
