The Harbord Diggers Memorial Club Ltd and Paynter Dixon Constructions Pty Ltd have embarked on a long-term financial and development strategy involving the redevelopment of the Harbord Diggers Club site, situated on the northern headland of Freshwater Beach, fronting Evans Street and Lumsdaine Drive.
The Harbord Diggers Club Redevelopment Master Plan involves major alterations and additions to the existing Harbord Diggers Club premises and the construction of up to 39 townhouses and apartments with extensive landscaped open space areas including a village green and car parking areas.
DFP was appointed by the Club and Paynter Dixon Constructions Pty Ltd to provide the town planning input for the project including the preparation of the Master Plan report as part of a multi-disciplinary consultant team which included Allen Jack Cottier Pty Ltd, Architects.
