
Rob Player has over 30 years experience as a town planner in private consultancy, local councils and state government.
For the past 18 years, Robert has been a town planning consultant with Don Fox Planning and in July 1996 was appointed Managing Director of the company. Robert is a qualified town planner with a Master of Town & Country Planning Degree from Sydney University. In addition to managerial responsibilities, Robert is primarily involved in undertaking environmental studies, statutory planning and development feasibility assessment, the preparation of statements of environmental effects and rezoning reports, environmental impact statements and presenting expert town planning evidence in court. His experience includes the management of multi- disciplinary consultant teams and providing specialist town planning advice on a wide variety of projects including residential, industrial, retail, commercial developments and other land uses for the development industry, local councils, state government departments and commonwealth agencies. Robert specialises in providing advice on urban design, planning evaluation and project management of all types of residential developments and shopping centres.
