Kendal has 10 years experience in local government and consultancy in both Sydney and London.
Kendal has experience in statutory and strategic planning including the preparation of LEPs, DCPs and assessment of major applications. He also has experience in Transport Planning including policy development, capital project management and road safety. Kendal holds a Bachelor of Town Planning with Honours from the University of NSW.
