John McFadden has over 8 years town planning experience in private consultancy and local government.
His experience includes statutory and strategic planning and representation on both state and local government advisory committees. John has experience in the presentation of expert evidence in the Land & Environment Court of NSW and is primarily involved in statutory planning and development assessment, preparing environmental impact statements and statements of environmental effects providing town planning and development advice, project management and advising on obtaining Council approvals. John’s strategic planning experience includes preparation of rezoning applications and submissions, preparation of Local Environmental Plans and Development Control Plans and liaison with state and local government authorities. John is a qualified Town Planner and holds a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Planning with Honours at the University of Western Sydney.
