David Kettle has 16 years experience working as a town planner in local government including management and private consultancy.
His experience includes all facets of planning for local government, preparation of statement of environmental effects, assessment of major development applications, advising on obtaining Council approvals and approvals from other State bodies, and the preparation and presentation of expert evidence in the Land & Environment Court of NSW.
